Some details of things that have been happening in my studio this week I'm excited about...new paintings which I hope to launch mid November. Whenever I start new work I always feel like it's an improvement on the stuff that came before it. I've been thinking really really hard about my creative practise this week and questions that crop up time and time again about why I paint what I do. I've been listening to stacks and stacks of podcasts and TED talks which is a total cha

BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS...
I know what it's like when you have been 'umming' and 'arring' about buying something for yonks. Sitting behind a screen browsing longily and that beautiful new homeware, jacket, rug. Well I've decided to bite the bullet and hop on the Black Friday deals train. Last year it felt like loads of small businesses had some great deals not to be missed, and I shopped.....I was there, so, I'm very very excited to say, for a short time and on a VERY limited number of prints I will b

Mangetout serves up a range of delicious food including an excellent brunch and it's here throughout August and into September I am displaying a selection of paintings and prints. The restaurant has an enthusiastic interest in art and

She cherishes that visceral connection that Kodachrome™ gives us with our past. That single moment frozen in time that one can look at forever. Old photographs are her initial inspiration for each new piece; a digital springboard atop which s

TIGERTIGER
Sold the original 'Tiger' painting in London last week at @theotherartfair to the most amazing couple. I'm always going on about paintings going on a journey....Tiger went to the perfect home. Both of the couple Absolutely loved it (believe me that can be half the battle when you are selling paintings) at first sight. When they told me they wanted to buy it I did cry a bit....I wasn't going to sell this painting as it reminds me of seriously getting back to work after having
